ECPR Racing prides itself on only shipping to you high quality products. There comes a time however, when even the best of the best can sometimes have a manufacturing fault and so we have taken care of making sure that you get exactly what you purchased.

If you purchase defective products, we will offer you a replacement guarantee from the date you receive your product. Due to our top quality customer service, we will always try to keep our customers happy. We guarantee that satisfaction will come from the product that you purchase.

However, ECPR Racing will not accept responsibility for products damaged or otherwise lacking quality due to our deliverer following the specific delivery instructions made by you when you submit your order.
 
If the product you purchase is faulty, ECPR Racing will replace it with an identical product and If we cannot replace it with an identical product, we will offer you the choice of another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product less the cost of original shipping fee charged to you.

Please note that ECPR Racing will not refund any purchases if payment is not received within 7 business days. If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 7 business days of placing your order.

Please note: It is your responsibility as the customer to return the faulty product to us at your expense and ECPR Racing will not be held responsible for this. Your replacement product will be sent to you, at no charge within 15 working days from the date we receive your faulty product returned to us.

• Reason as to why you are returning the product
• A note advising us as to how you would like the issue resolved.

Include for us the original order confirmation or invoice you received with your product as this will help us process your request.
